As we age, our bodies tend to slow down. We are busy, busy, busy at life. Sometimes we don't take the time to appreciate our blessings and how great our friends and family are . It is with this in mind that Sammy G. (a.k.a. Natureboy) created this website. The idea is to promote healthy life choices, and make some nutritional recommendations. I can attest to the value of any product which I promote, as I use them myself. Over the course of the development of this site, there will be added articles by leading Holistic practitioners and nutritionists and maybe a video here and there.
